About the Artist – Jake Kontou
"I’m a London-based Poster Artist and Illustrator, known for creating detailed, composition-driven digital artwork for some of the most influential film and video games.
As a lifelong fan of the Fallout series, I’m thrilled to have created official artwork celebrating its anniversary, world and style. My piece draws from various pieces of key art from the 4th installment of the series and vintage pin-up aesthetics, blending retro charm with post-apocalyptic flair.Â
My illustration is filled with familiar details and hidden Easter eggs for fellow Fallout fans to discover, a homage to the wasteland we’ve all loved exploring. This anniversary piece was created using layers of digital brush strokes driven after capturing various photography references dressing up my friends, family and dog as survivors and super mutants from the world of Fallout."
